This page is our published HIPAA position. It is not a HIPAA compliance assessment, Business Associate Agreement, certification, or a promise that the product is approved for protected health information (PHI).
What this means
- FrontOffice247 can support administrative front-office workflows. That is not HIPAA coverage.
- We do not describe the platform as certified under HIPAA, and we do not treat a BAA as in place unless a separate, signed customer arrangement says so.
- Healthcare and dental customers should not put PHI into the product on the assumption that a BAA exists.
