1) Agreement
By using FrontOffice247, you agree to these Terms.
2) The service
FrontOffice247 provides software that helps businesses handle inbound requests (questions, intake, routing, follow-up) through configured workflows.
3) Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
2A. Authority, identity, and impersonation
By creating or managing an Office, you represent that you are authorized to create and manage this Office for the named business or operation. You agree not to impersonate another business or misrepresent affiliation with a business you do not have the right to represent.
We do not independently verify legal identity or ownership of the business named in your Office. Confirming Office setup is not a warranty that you are the legal owner of that business.
You are responsible for what Bob says, sends, and says on telephone calls as your agent, including statements made to your customers.
If we receive notice that an Office is impersonating another business or infringing a trademark, we may freeze or terminate that Office, including telephone numbers and website widgets, and we may preserve records of your authorization attestation.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5) Customer content and configuration
You own the business content and settings you provide. You grant FrontOffice247 the rights needed to process that content to operate the service.
6) Third-party services
If you connect third-party tools, their terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
7) AI output disclaimer
Outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for setting escalation rules and reviewing workflows for accuracy, especially for sensitive topics.
8) Payments (if applicable)
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply.
AI Credits: Each month you are granted your plan’s AI credits. Unused credits stay on your account and add up. Each grant expires 90 days after it is issued. Credits are usage units, not cash, and are not refunded. Annual plans receive one month’s credits on each monthly anniversary. Cancelling stops new grants; credits already granted stay usable until each grant’s own expiry date.
9) Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for policy violations or security reasons.
Your access to the service ends. If you cancel, however, AI credits already granted remain usable until each grant’s own expiry date (no new grants are issued; unused credits are not refunded). If we terminate your account for a violation of these terms, access ends immediately.
10) Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrontOffice247 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we'll provide notice.
