Conversation data: Messages and interaction logs needed to operate and improve your workflow (retention settings may vary by tenant).
Business configuration data: Settings you provide (hours, policies, service areas, intake questions, routing rules).
Integration data (optional): If you connect third-party tools, we process only the data required to provide the integration.
Technical data: Basic diagnostics (browser type, device type, and security signals) to keep the service stable and secure.
