đź“‹ Proof Center

The FrontOffice247 promise list for Bob: what is proven in production behavior, what is piloted or phased, and what we refuse to exaggerate.

Why a Proof Center?

Buyers deserve fewer adjectives and more receipts. Below is how FrontOffice247 describes Bob today—aligned with what the platform actually does, what we are still improving, and anti-hype guardrails we hold ourselves to.

âś… Our Product Promises

P1
Evidence-Based Answers
Proven

Bob only answers from content you've approved—including your business profile when you've completed it—so answers stay grounded in what you chose to publish. Every response can be traced to its source.

Proof method: Audit trail in every conversation showing source citations.
P2
Safe Refusal When Unsure
Proven

When Bob can't ground an answer in your content, Bob says so and offers to escalate.

Proof method: Test cases showing refusal behavior when queries are outside knowledge base.
P3
Audit Trail for Every Conversation
Proven

Complete logs of what Bob said, what sources were used, and when conversations were escalated.

Proof method: Admin dashboard with exportable conversation logs.
P4
Permission-Based Actions
Proven

Bob only takes actions you've explicitly enabled (booking, quoting, etc.).

Proof method: Admin controls showing enabled/disabled capabilities per tenant.
P5
Continuous Learning Without Breaking
In Progress

Bob keeps improving from your training and from how we ship the product. We run automated checks so learning-related updates don't casually break answers that already worked. Stretching every improvement across every edge case—with no surprises—is engineering work we treat as never “finished,” which is why this promise stays in progress.

Proof method: Automated regression testing on learning-related releases. Where your workspace uses review-before-memory (see P7), you stay explicitly in the loop. Fully autonomous improvement everywhere, with no checkpoints, remains phased—not something we claim today.
P6
Multi-Channel Support
In Progress

Same Bob and the same approved knowledge across the channels we turn on: website chat is live today; voice on your site is in beta; your main business phone line plus SMS and WhatsApp are in active rollout (phone target Q2 2026—Professional is the tier we’re aligning with those channels when they go live).

Proof method: Website chat is live for customers. Voice on the site is in beta. Phone, SMS, and WhatsApp on your business numbers are rolling out by phase—see pricing for how plans relate to channels, and use this page to separate what is proven today from what is still on the roadmap.
P7
Updates You Approve Before They Stick
Proven

Bob can surface suggestions, gaps, and candidates for what to remember next. When your account uses our review flow—we call it Bob's Review in the Customer Portal—lasting memory does not change behind your back. You approve or decline there. Enablement is deliberate: your team or ours can turn this on gradually (pilots and staged rollout), not as a surprise default for every tenant overnight.

Proof method: Customer-visible review workflow and history, automated tests on those paths, and operator-controlled rollout for early production use. Broad “every customer, every region, day one” availability is still paced like any serious platform change—we publish what is proven here.

đźš« What We Don't Claim

Anti-Scope Statements

  • Not "100% accurate" — Bob is as accurate as your knowledge base. Garbage in, garbage out.
  • Not "zero training required" — You need to upload your content. We don't read minds.
  • SOC 2 certification is not currently held — We're working toward it. Don't claim what we don't have.
  • HIPAA compliance is not currently offered — Healthcare businesses should wait for our healthcare-specific offering.
  • Not "replaces human judgment" — Complex cases should still go to your team.
  • Not "works offline" — Bob requires an internet connection.
  • Not “silent memory rewrites” — Where we ship review-before-memory for your workspace, lasting memory changes follow your approval rules and enablement—not random drift from a single chat.
