About the Founder
Meet Michael Colin Pope — the builder behind FrontOffice247.
Michael Colin Pope · Founder
FrontOffice247 was built for businesses that cannot afford to let the front office go dark.
Customers ask questions after hours. Leads come in while crews are on the job. Follow-ups get missed when the day gets busy. Owners lose time switching between work, calls, forms, messages, scheduling, and customer expectations.
Michael Colin Pope created FrontOffice247 to help businesses stay responsive around the clock with practical AI front-office support built for real-world operations.
Built by someone who understands the work
Michael's background crosses the office, the phone, the job site, and the system behind it all.
He started out as a mechanic, where problem-solving was physical, immediate, and unforgiving. If something did not work, you had to diagnose it. If a system failed, you had to understand why. That mechanical mindset became part of how he builds software today.
In March 2000, he moved into financial customer service just as the dot-com bubble began to burst. From the first week on the phones, he was dealing with urgency, uncertainty, and customers who needed answers they could trust.
That combination — mechanical diagnosis plus high-pressure customer communication — is central to FrontOffice247. The product exists because business problems are rarely abstract. They show up as missed calls, delayed responses, confused customers, scattered notes, and opportunities that disappear before anyone has time to chase them.
The real front-office problem
For many businesses, the front office is not one person sitting neatly at a desk.
It is the owner between appointments. The dispatcher juggling calls. The crew lead trying to finish a job. The office manager handling five conversations at once. The website form that no one checks quickly enough. The voicemail that should have become a booked appointment.
Michael spent years around exactly these kinds of realities: building websites, working with business systems, doing hands-on trades, and seeing how hard it is for service companies to stay responsive while the actual work is happening.
FrontOffice247 was created to help close that gap.
Finance discipline, software execution, field experience
Michael spent about six years in financial services, where reliability, documentation, process, and trust were not optional. He then spent years building websites and digital tools, learning how businesses create demand, communicate value, and convert attention into action.
He also spent about five years in hands-on trades and handyman work. FrontOffice247 is not being built for imaginary workflows. It is being built for the messy middle of real operations — where teams are busy, customers are impatient, and the next opportunity needs to be captured before it slips away.
This is why FrontOffice247 is focused on practical outcomes: faster responses, better lead capture, cleaner intake, stronger follow-up, less front-office chaos, and better visibility for owners and operators.
A systems thinker shaped by Costa Rica
In 2012, Michael moved to Costa Rica, where he became deeply connected to nature, bamboo, ecological materials, jungle ecosystems, and permaculture.
He started Materiales Ambientales Ecológicos, a bamboo treatment mill, and spent years working around sustainability and resilient systems.
That chapter reinforced a principle that applies directly to business operations: strong systems do not just look good — they hold up under pressure, adapt to their environment, and support everything around them. FrontOffice247 is being built with that same philosophy.

Why FrontOffice247 exists
Missed communication is not a small problem. A missed call can be a missed job. A slow reply can become a lost lead. A forgotten follow-up can damage trust. A scattered front office can hold back a good company.
Michael built FrontOffice247 to help businesses protect those moments. The goal is not to replace the owner, the office manager, the dispatcher, or the team. The goal is to give them a front-office layer that helps capture, organize, route, and respond so fewer opportunities fall through the cracks.
Founder promise
Michael's promise is simple: build AI that helps real businesses operate better — not gimmicks, not vague automation, not a black box.
Help business owners answer faster, capture more, follow up cleaner, and stay present for customers even when the day is already full.
